By accessing or using the website, purchasing products, joining wine club, or interacting with services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions which together with our privacy policy govern Lanza Vineyards Inc (DBA Wooden Valley Winery LLC) relationship with you. The term “Lanza Vineyards Inc (DBA Wooden Valley Winery LLC)” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website, tasting room, and wine club.  The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website, joiner our wine club, visitor our tasting room, or communicate with us via email, phone, SMS, or social media. The use of this website, wine club, visitation of the tasting room, or communication with us via email, phone, SMS, or social media is subject to the following terms of use:

Eligibility

• Wines purchased from Wooden Valley Winery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Shipping & Delivery

• Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. Ground shipping is provided by common carrier UPS at current market rates. *Note – if the customer selects common carrier air as their carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or hers wine club membership or purchase amount. All shipments are subject to carrier availability and delivery times
• Adult signature required
• We may be able to ship directly or indirectly to legal states except Utah, Delaware, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
• States Authorized for Direct Shipment: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania.
• If we are unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note that when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by us. For current and updated shipping states, please contact the tasting room at (707)864-0730.
• Customer responsible for accurate info
• Not liable for carrier delays or failed deliveries
• Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Lanza Vineyards inc DBA Wooden Valley Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  

Wine Club Membership & Recurring Charges

By joining our wine club, you agree to recurring shipments and charges as outlined at signup. You acknowledge that you understand this is a recurring subscription under California law.

• Billing Frequency & Amount: Your payment method will be charged automatically on the schedule displayed at signup.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing/shipment date by contacting us via Nancy@woodenvalley.com or (707)864-0730 or through your online account. Cancellation requests received after this window may not be eligible for refund. Changes to Terms or Pricing: Any changes to the recurring charge amount, shipping fees, or terms will be communicated to you prior to your next billing cycle.
• Acknowledgment: By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these recurring charge terms in accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600–17606).

• Payment & Shipping Information: You are responsible for keeping your payment and shipping information up to date. Orders may be delayed or canceled if information is incorrect or expired
• Minimum Commitment: Your membership requires a minimum of 3 shipments / 12 months. Early cancellation before meeting this commitment may result in prorated charges or fees as disclosed at signup.
  
  

Returns & Refunds

• We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. Or incorrect. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@woodenvalley.comto arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
• Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine, less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 707-864-0730for return instructions.
