Welcome back, our staff blend—2021 Saluti! Hand-blended by our Tasting Room staff, this red wine combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. Our staff creates this limited-production red wine blend once a year. Every year, our goal is to blend an exceptional red that will taste excellent now and age well in your cellar. The varietals in this blend give this wine a gorgeous dark red-purple color and dark aromas of clove, jammy berries, dried fruit, and a hint of vanilla, followed by flavors of blackberry, anise, and a little smoke. This medium tannic wine is perfect for pizza night or a decadent steak dinner.
