With Sauvignon Blanc being the primary varietal for our White Cuvee, this blend is vibrant and refreshing, with well-balanced acidity. Predominant notes of citrus, stone fruit, honey, and green apples carry through from beginning to end. The addition of Dry Riesling adds a floral undertone of honeysuckle to this wine, while the slight bit of creaminess comes from the small percentage of Chardonnay and gives this wine a rounded mouthfeel. This is a complex white wine and at the same time, very approachable due to its fruit-forward nature.
