This dry, light-bodied wine is high in acidity with aromatic notes of lemon-lime, crisp green apple, and stone fruit on the nose. 

On the palate, you can expect a slight minerality and flavors of clementine, peach, guava, and pink grapefruit. 

Our Sauvignon Blanc is aged in stainless steel and bottled early to retain the fresh flavors and fruitiness of the grape. The warm climate in Suisun Valley brings out more citrus and tropical fruit flavors and is a well-recognized and popular wine due to its clean, crisp taste.
