Full-bodied, creamy texture with medium acidity, this style of Chardonnay is new for us at Wooden Valley Winery. French Oak and malolactic fermentation make this a highly desirable and distinct white wine. We've hand-picked only the best grapes from each vineyard to create this elegant Chardonnay.

After undergoing full malolactic fermentation and extended oak aging, this 2022 Chardonnay retains a subtle hint of minerality. It exhibits a refreshing and vibrant acidity, with aromas of vanilla, citrus, and wet stone. The palate reveals prominent flavors of lemon rind, toasted oak, hazelnut, and banana peel, creating a complex wine that beautifully showcases the unique terroir of the Suisun Valley.
