Primarily sourced from our hillside vineyard of Koch Ranch, our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is rich with complexity and character, creating the perfect expression of the varietal.  On the nose, this wine offers cocoa, cherry,  and vanilla aromas, while the palate is treated to flavors of fig, cola, chocolate-covered fruit, and high tannins. Given enough time to open up, the aromas will release, and the flavors will soften to create a delightful and savory wine.
