What a fun wine! It’s young and vibrant with expressive flavors. At true palate pleaser, this rose’ has a rich body and a bit of tang. Strawberry rhubarb and cotton candy flavors dominate on the palate. This semi-sweet wine has explosive flavors can stand up to a wide range of sweet and savory foods. Try it with chili, pizza, and Asian dishes.

- 1 lb fresh salad shrimp
- 5 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 package noodles (linguini or some other small noodle works well)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Break noodles into smaller lengths. Cook noodles, drain and cool. Add chopped ingredients, eggs, celery, onions, parsley, to noodles. Mix in enough mayonnaise to moisten. Add shrimp. Toss gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
