When you join us for an event, you’re part of something special, and we do our best to make every gathering memorable.

All Sales Final
Unless otherwise stated, all event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Changes
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, guests will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer tickets to a future event

No-Shows
Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend.

Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable

Age Requirements
Some events may be limited to guests 21 years of age or older. Valid identification may be required.

Weather
We host many of our gatherings outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the land, and with that comes a little unpredictability.

Event Status
Each event will clearly note whether it is:

• Rain or Shine, or
• Weather Dependent

Please review the event listing carefully before purchasing tickets

Rain or Shine Events
Events marked as rain or shine will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.

• No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather
• We encourage guests to dress comfortably and come prepared for the conditions
  
  

Weather-Dependent Events
For events that may be impacted by weather:

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions
• If this happens, guests will be offered:
  • A rescheduled date, or
  • A credit or refund, depending on the situation

Severe Weather or Safety Concerns
In the event of extreme weather (such as storms, excessive heat, or other safety risks), we may make changes to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

Notification of Changes
If an event is affected by weather, we will notify guests via: email / phone

Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Guest Responsibility
Unless otherwise stated, weather conditions do not qualify for refunds for events that are designated as rain or shine.

Liability
By attending, guests assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Lanza Vineyards Inc DBA Wooden Valley Winery is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages.

Photography
By attending our events, you may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
