Added notes of fresh cut grass and white fig add to the citrus nature of this wine. Palate exhibits
more fig and lemongrass flavors with added notes of Mandarin orange and Myer lemon in the
finish. Thirst quenching and refreshing, a perfect Spring or Summer wine.

Nonna's Pasta with Pesto
- 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 T. Chopped Parsley
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
|
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Half & Half
- 4 T. Butter (softened)
- 1 Package Pasta (any type)

Directions:
Blanch basil leaves and drain well.
Place basil, parsley, garlic, cheese, and half & half in a blender or food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend until fine. Place mixture in a mixing bowl and add butter.
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well and place in your serving bowl. Pour pesto sauce over pasta and toss until evenly coated. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
We know you will enjoy Nonna's version of Pasta with Pesto. It isn't typical, in that most pesto recipes call for olive oil instead of half & half.
This is another Lanza Family favorite and we hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as we have over the years.
