| Directions: Break noodles into smaller lengths. Cook noodles, drain and cool. Add chopped ingredients, eggs, celery, onions, parsley, to noodles. Mix in enough mayonnaise to moisten. Add shrimp. Toss gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
This dish has made an appearance at many Lanza Family gatherings. It is especially enjoyable with a glass of Wooden Valley 's White Gamay.
